Shipping & Return Policy

We believe in the complete satisfaction of our customers. With that in mind our products are dispatched within 3 working days and we aim to deliver within 7 days of order placement providing card security checks are complete, the payment received and stock availability is confirmed.

Most of our products are returnable within a specific period of time, excluding the items that are specifically labelled as non-returnable/Sale. Our return policy lasts for 7 days. In the unlikely event, if you are not entirely pleased with the purchase, you can return the product from kleets.in within 7 days.

Order Cancellation by “Kleets.in”

We (“Kleets.in”) retain all the rights to reject or cancel the placed order in case of incorrect pricing or any other reasons. The order cancellation is regardless of the order confirmation or payment received. In such scenarios, 100% payment will be refunded via the source of payment, and the user will be informed regarding the same.

However, in the case of non-delivery or delay in delivery, the extra cost will be charged from the users that kleets.in will incur for the re-delivery of the product. This might be due to the negligence of the user while providing the information or any other related issue. We are not liable to pay any such cost.

General Return Policy

You may return your product within 7 days of the delivery. If 7 days have passed since the order was delivered, we, unfortunately, cannot provide the return or the exchange. However, products are returnable only within the applicable return window. To be eligible for a return, you must ensure that your item is unused and in the same condition as you have received. Returnable items should be in the original packaging with the purchase proof of payment receipt. You will get a full refund if your product is as per the criteria.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that is different from the description, or any component or accessory is missing, you can contact us. You can either email us or send a letter to our postal address regarding your issue, along with a clear photograph of the damage. After the full inception of the concern, if your product is approved by us, we will provide a refund of up to 60% of the order amount. The return amount will be discussed with you as per the concerned issue.

To receive a replacement or return a product, send us an email with the order number, picture of the delivered product, and a valid reason for the return. Once you receive a confirmation for the product return, you are requested to send the item back to us, or we will arrange the return pickup, as applicable. However, we are not responsible for any return/replacement/refund if the merchandise is sent back to us without our confirmation.

Return Exceptions

There are certain circumstances in which no refund is granted to the customers. Therefore, we recommend you read the complete return policy before you ask for a refund.

    • The item to be return is not in its original condition. It is either damaged, defected, or a part is missing, but not due to our negligence or error.
    • You are asking for the return after the stipulated time frame, i.e., 7 days of the product delivery.
    • The product is used, or labels are removed from the product or the box.
    • Returning product is reached to us in damaged condition.
    • The product is not in the same condition as the customer received it.

Although we take extreme precautions to ensure that the things shipped to you are in great condition, we can’t take 100% guarantee. There is a remote possibility that the product gets damaged during the transit, or there will be a manufacturing default. In any case, feel free to contact us. We will look into the issue and grant you a refund of up to 60% of the order amount.

Refund Of The Product

Upon receiving, we will inspect the returned item. Only if it qualifies our return criteria will we notify you with an email regarding the approval of the return. In case it does not match our standards, we retain the right to reject the refund.
In case of approval of the return, your refund will be processed. Within a few days of refund processing, the amount will be credited to the source of payment.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received the refund within a few working days of the approval, we request you to first check with your bank or the payment source regarding the same. In most cases, it takes some extra time for the refund to reflect in the bank account or other wallet. If you haves still not gotten your refund, please feel free to contact us. We will get back to you and try our best to resolve the issue a.s.a.p.

Return Of Sale Items

If you have purchased an item in the sale, unfortunately, you are not eligible for a refund. However, only the items that are purchased at regular price or without a sale may be returned.

Shipping Returned Merchandise

In most cases, we (“Kleets.in”) arrange a return pickup with our courier partners. However, in certain circumstances, when we do not book the pickup for return items, we request the customer (“you”) to ship the returned merchandise to us. Therefore, you are recommended to return the item via courier or insured parcel post to help us track the parcel.

If you are asked to ship the return merchandise on your own, you will be liable for the loss, stolen, or mishandling. Kleets.in takes no responsibility to process the refund or compensate in such events.

Damage Of An Item While Shipping
